I am actually saddened by the fact that such a “health conscious” company would push milk as our best option to get Vit D. I did notice the language in the article stating …”fortified foods – including milk – provide the most vitamin D in Americans’ diets” Americans’ diets, not just any diet. Healthy amounts of sunlight, and many fish provide MORE not less than milk and have more added health benefits. Sure the milk is fortified with Vit D but it could also be packed with antibiotics and hormones and lactose intolerant or not, milk is not better for your body than many foods out there.

Her doctor would have to decide what dosage is best for a specific patient. We can only recommend what is on the label. Have the doctor consider Calcium Plus, Prime Balance and Vitamin D3 with K2 to determine which products and dosages would work best for her.
